We are working as a small team in our warehouse to allow us to apply safe working distances to reduce the risk of virus infection. We are working hard to try and keep delivery times short as possible. However it is possible that there will be some delays. Following high demand on the website it may take up to 5 days to dispatch orders and there are also some instances where delivery companies are facing staff shortages in some areas so delivery may also be delayed. We thank you for your understanding during these testing times where we balance the well being of our staff and logistics of serving our customers.

23/11/2020 Though we are despatching orders from our warehouse within 2 to 3 days we understand Royal Mail are handling very high volumes of parcels currently and some depots are not processing the deliveries within 48 hours. This unfortunately is beyond our control.


We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses
